6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION
SHAPE IT IN 12 WEEK PROGRAMME
Our Ultimate 12 Week Transformation programme is ideal if you are looking to achieve great results in a short amount of time. On this programme you can train for a minimum of 2 sessions a week and maximum of 4 sessions a week, depending on what suits you best. You will also receive your tailored training and nutrition plan that will be designed to push you towards great results.
