YOUTH PROGRAM
Keeping our youths age 12-17 active, fit and healthy.
We offer programs for youths age 12-17. We have sessions suitable for all ages and abilities. Just like our conditioning sessions, our youths programs are individualised to meet the athlete where they are now.
Our expert coaches use a fun combination of boxing, rowing, biking, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling and lifting to get our youths to love exercise and move well.
Why our youths program?
It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.
The best thing we can do is make them strong. Through our youth fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.
For our sport specific athletes, we are able to train them to be stronger, faster, more agile and injury resistant. We build a foundation of quality movement that improves their game and keeps them doing what they love.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of boxing, rowing, biking, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling and lifting, we get our youths to LOVE exercise
